The workshop will consist of three days of technical sessions, followed by a two-day field trip in Western Slovakia.
Tuesday, April 18:
Overnight in Bratislava (it is possible to make reservation in Družba Hotel belonging to Comenius University, http://www.hoteldruzba.sk/en/reservation/, which will be a meeting point of the IWAF-10). We also provide possibility for sigh-seeing of historical and cultural places of Bratislava in the evening.
Wednesday, April 19:
10.00: Leaving of Bratislava outside of the Družba Hotel and bus transport to the Smolenice Castle.

13.30 – 14.00: Welcome speech
14.00 – 18.00: Meeting of Commision for Classification of Agglutinated formaninifera. Study of Western Carpathian collections of agglutinated foraminiferal microfauna collected by O. Samuel and J. Salaj. Demonstration of microfossil collections from Micropress Europe: Labrador Sea, Norwegian Sea, Trinidad and Tobago, Italy (Contessa).
Seminar rooms with microscopes will be available for working groups.

During Sunday afternoon, the IWAF-10 workshop will be closed and the return of participants to Bratislava is planned. Overnight in Bratislava (it is possible to make reservation in Družba hotel of the Comenius University,
http://www.hoteldruzba.sk/en/reservation/).
English will be the official language of the conference.
Oral presentations: All speakers will be allocated 20 minutes (15+5) for the presentation. Data projector and notebook will be available.
Posters: IWAF poster sessions will be conducted by conveners, providing a short time for presentation of the
posters (5 –7 minutes). Size format up to 1 m width and 1.5 m tall. Poster exhibition will be placed nearby the lecture room.
