Fees

Conference fee and accomodation (all expenses during the IWAF-10 conference in Smolenice castle are included):

The IWAF-10 conference registration fee include the transport from Bratislava to Smolenice Castle (19th April), field trip guide and abstracts book and other conference materials, lecture rooms facilities, poster panels, full board and refreshments at coffee breaks (19-21th April), the icebreaker party (19th April), conference dinner (19-21th April), 3 overnights in Smolenice Castle (19-21th April).

Bank transfer fees are paid by the participants of the conference.

The conference fee does not cover the accommodation on 18th and 23th April in Bratislava, but we offer a possibility to make a reservation in Hotel Družba – Comenius University in Bratislava (http://www.hoteldruzba.sk/en/home/), which will be a meeing point of the IWAF-10.

The meeting point takes place in the short distance to Bratislava old town. In this area are located numerous hotels of varying standards for rent. You can find information about them on search engines:
